The only information we collect comes from our estimate request form on our website. When you fill it out, we receive:

- Your email address
- Your zip code
- The service you're interested in (roof replacement, repair, or snow & ice removal)
- Any optional notes you choose to include about your project
We do not collect payment information. We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or any third-party tracking on this website.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used for one purpose only: to respond to your estimate request. When you submit the form, that information is delivered to our team via email so we can reach out to you, understand your roofing needs, and schedule a time to help.
We may also use your contact information to follow up if we haven't connected yet, or to answer questions about your estimate. That's it.
We Never Sell or Share Your Data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party — ever. Your name, phone number, email, and project details stay with our team. They are not sold to marketers, shared with advertisers, or passed to any outside organization for any reason.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your estimate request information for as long as necessary to complete and follow up on your project, or as required by applicable law. For inquiries that don't become active projects, we typically retain information for up to two years in case you reach back out.
You may request that we delete your information at any time (see Section 5).
How to Request Deletion of Your Information
You have the right to request that we delete any personal information we hold about you. To do so, simply contact us by phone or email (see Section 6 below) and let us know. We'll confirm the deletion within a reasonable timeframe — typically within 10 business days.
